Walk the coastline from Coogee to Bondi
Arguably Sydney’s most spectacular walk, the Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk is at your doorstep, and one to tick off your Bucket List. Beautiful year-round, the walk traverses 6km of picturesque coastal paths, and takes around an hour to complete. Breathe in the view, and explore the beaches, rock pools and parks along the way.
Unwind on Coogee Beach
With its golden sands and crystal clear water, Coogee Beach is not to be missed. During the cooler months it’s even more glorious, as sunny winter days offer crisp clear skies that reinvigorate. So, rug up – grab a coffee, and soak up the warm winter rays.
Take the plunge
Don’t let the cooler weather stop you from getting wet. Hire a steamer wetsuit from Pro Dive Coogee, and take part in a variety of leisurely water activities. Go surfing, hire a snorkel and discover the beauty that lies beneath at nearby Gordons Bay, swim with the friendly Blue Gropers at tranquil Clovelly Beach, or take a dip at the beautiful Wylie’s Baths ocean tidal pool.
Warm the body with yoga by the sea
Warm the body and mind during a class at The Living Room Yoga Studio, with its beautiful view straight out over the ocean. Or, take part in a yoga class at Wylie’s Baths overlooking the ocean pool. Coogee village is filled with an eclectic mix of colourful cafes. Grab a sunny table overlooking the beach at Barzurra, or bathe in the sunshine at Little Jack Horner over coffee and lunch.
