Horse Riding in the Park

Over the past two years, Centennial Park has spent over $1.5 million upgrading their Equestrian Centre facilities. It is one of the only global cities to have equestrian facilities in the middle of the city, and stables around 220 horses. There are five riding schools in the Parklands to master your skills on a group or individual lesson. Plus, weekly Pony Rides and school holidays programs for kids, and horse-riding tours year-round for all ages.

You can learn more about the Parklands on one of their free discovery walks. Download the History Walking Tour app or pick up a Heritage and Wildlife brochure from the Visitor Information Counter.
