Bluesalt Restaurant is the signature restaurant of the Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach Hotel and one of the best Coogee restaurants. Bluesalt’s a la carte dinner menu showcases the succulent flavours of Australian cuisine including locally caught seafood, the finest cuts of meat, fresh produce and carefully selected local and international wines.

This restaurant offers a unique seaside dining experience with breathtaking views across Coogee Beach and the Pacific Ocean serving up an aquatic feast, innovative grilled dishes, exotic pasta dishes and tempting sides and deserts. Bluesalt is also open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, ideal for families, couples and group bookings.
